Overview
Social Concern and Community Development is a response to assist ABCCOP Churches baptized members, Bible Study contacts, friends and even non-Christians affected by natural calamities such as typhoons, flashfloods and earthquakes.
SCCD promotes activities and programs for:
- Relief Operation
- Rehabilitation
- Livelihood Trainings and Financing Assistance
- Medical Mission
These programs are meant to help the victims to help them stand on their feet again.
Thru SCCD we likewise aspire to see relevant changes in peoples’ lives in economic and social status. Most importantly SCCD’s ultimate goal is to share the Good News and eventually plant churches to worship and glorify God .
VISION
We envision ABCCOP Social Concern and Community Development Department which is growing, resource-sharing, dynamic and socially responsive, committed to missions and essentially impacting the nation.
GOALS
- To serve the needy people severely hit by natural calamities.
- To give medical assistance and benevolences to ABCCOP Ministers, Staff, Pastors and Missionaries.
- To lend financial assistance among ABCCOP Ministers, Staff, Pastors and Missionaries.
- Reach out Non-Christians, disciple and build churches.
